About Us

Our Story is Simple

Superior integrated marketing and advertising, web development, and creative services for small, medium, and large businesses in the USA.

Pam Van Londen the founder and superior officer, started Be Proactive! in 1997 to fulfill the American Dream.

In 1999, she added an employee and secured affiliations and partnerships with other agencies and freelancers to provide more depth to our web development and print services.

In 2001, we added another employee and began offering real-time credit card  processing, web site hosting, and e-commerce solutions.

Our mission is to deliver creative and enterprising integrated marketing solutions on  time to a diverse client base while providing stellar customer service at economical  rates.

Creative: Many clients are referred to us for our intriguing use of photography, color,  and layout. And they soon find it is our way with words and ability to organize content  that makes our work stand out.

Enterprising: The staff of Be Proactive! has helped grow roughly 200 small,    medium, and large businesses and organizations: Oregon State University, Microsoft, Rogue Wave Software, Oregon Historical Society, Henderer Construction, Cascades West Council of Governments, The Computer Store, Town and Country Realty, Three Strands Remodeling, da Vinci Days, to name a few.

Integrated: Because we can provide a range of services, your maketing efforts will carry the same message (and the right message) throughout your plans of action. We can develop and implement your corporate identity, print collateral, web sites, signage, tradeshows, databases, and other parts of your marketing plan.

Timely: We are never late.

Diverse: The variety of projects adds to our creativity.

Stellar: Internet Service Providers and other advertising agencies refer many clients to us because of our attention to detail and desire to make you happy with our work. We give 110%.

Economical: Our hourly rate is still reasonable due to low overhead, excellent communication skills, and organized, methodical, and fast service.

Please call or write to let us know how we can help make your work successful.
